Increases to rent, service charges and management fees, as well as plans from NHS Property Services (NHSPS) to redevelop the Blackmore Health Centre with added flats and a pharmacy, are radically increasing costs to the Sid Valley Practice and threaten the future viability of the Practice on that site. We, the undersigned, want NHSPS to sell Blackmore Health Centre to Sid Valley Practice to ensure the town premises continues to provide an efficient and responsive healthcare provision to our community.
